How to Apply

  1. Download and complete Application and Student Treatment and Release Form (pdf - 69.2 KB) and Medical Information Form (pdf - 66.7 KB).
    Send to the Office of Study Abroad with deposit of $150 (in US funds, Applied toward Program Fee and Study Abroad Fee) payable to Webster University. Return forms to:

    The deposit and Application Form must be received by the Office of Study Abroad on or before March 30, 2008. Note that the deposit is not refundable after March 30, 2008, unless Webster University rejects the Application.
  2. Register for the courses. Webster University students may self-enroll in the class or enroll through an Academic Advisor.
    Non-Webster University students may enroll as a non-degree seeking student through an advisor in the Graduate or Undergraduate Academic Advising Office.
  3. Webster University will confirm that the course has sufficient enrollments by April 1, 2008. Please book and purchase your airline ticket to Hong Kong after Webster University has confirmed the course is a “Go.” Plan to arrive in Hong Kong at least the day before the scheduled on-location class dates.
  4. Verify that your passport will be valid for the travel dates.
  5. Obtain a Tourist Visa for entry into China. For assistance in obtaining a Visa, see http://www.expertvisa.com/
